I was hoping that someone could help.
If a new object is created but then the module is not saved, DOORS is throwing away the Object Identifier number. Whilst its not that important, on different DOORS databases i have work on, the Object Identifier was only fully allocated when the module was saved.
Is there a setting somewhere, hidden away causing the differences?

Re: Lost Object Identifiers Nope, what you describe has been the DOORS functionality for as long as I can remember. If you create objects but don't save the module, the IDs are gone forever. |
